These Terms govern your use of hungerfree.site (the "Site") and your purchase of Manifestor, a digital personal development app and program (the "Product"). By using the Site or buying the Product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site and buy the Product.
2. The Product
Manifestor is 100% digital. Nothing is shipped to you. After your payment is approved, access instructions are sent to the email address you used at checkout. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Hotmart, which acts as the seller of record and handles billing, receipts and payment security. Prices, payment methods and any taxes are shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Your card statement may show Hotmart as the merchant.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to ask for a full refund, for any reason. To request it, use the refund option in your Hotmart purchase receipt or email us at [email protected] with the email you used to buy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Hotmart. Once a refund is issued, access to the Product ends.
5. No guarantee of results
The Product is educational and is meant for personal development. Results depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances, and vary from person to person. Any stories or examples shown are not a promise that you will get the same results.
6. Not professional advice
Nothing on the Site or in the Product is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed professional. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor before starting any new routine. Do not stop any treatment or medication because of anything you see here.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in the Product, including text, audio, video, images and software, belongs to Manifestor or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, recording, distributing or reselling it is not allowed.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or the Product, try to access them in unauthorized ways, interfere with how they work, or use them for anything illegal. We may suspend access that breaks these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The Site and the Product are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Manifestor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
